Booking IMAGIX spaces
Booking your event or shared space at IMAGINX begins with a phone call or email. The information below will preview rates. Two simple steps will secure your space needs.
Step 1 We'll prepare a quote sheet outlining your requirements - dates, space, support services such as staffing, lighting, etc.
Step 2 After accepting the quote we'll prepare a service agreement in detail. We will detail service specifics for event staffing, security, production, insurance, etc.

STARS theater
Stars Theater 200 seating available for assembly. Find JBL 21 speaker Cinema Array sound, laser projection and DMX lighting. $160 hr., min 4 hrs. Includes red carpet area. Add $100 cleaning fee. Option quoted services for stage, lighting and JBL Cinema Array 5.1 sound support, Genie Lift, lighting and set design, staffing. Rehearsal rate discounted.
Green Screen Insert Studio
Studio area available $100hr, min 5 hrs. Doorway dolly $20 and powered dolly $50hr, min 2hr

STARS Red Carpet
Gallery assembly area included with theater rental. Add $55 for exhibit tables, Add $30 for marquee for user supplied poster at theater entrance. Roll up door serving kitchen for concessions and beverage service $50 plus cleaning option. Table set up (2), $40 min. Red Carpet only $50, min 2hr
Serving prep kitchen with roll up door to gallery. Suitable for concessions. Coffee brewing, microwave, freezer, refrigerator $60 per event. Cleaning charge option $50.

Born2Rock recording studio
Studio complex floor plan includes three control rooms, studio with baby grand piano, drum room and vocal room. Suitable for recording talent and film or media sound design. Available for project use via negotiated quote.

Short or long term offices
Quoted per day, week, month. Smaller office BX $45 weekly, $135 monthly.
Blackbox / dome film stage
Under construction ... 10,000sf stage dome to 32 feet high. Stay tuned!
Production office cubicles
Ten office cubicles are available in secured Dome C office area. Individually available $12 daily, $36 weekly, $108 monthly plus tax. Includes assigned high speed Internet.

STARS Meeting
Open area assembly space off Gallery area. Has adjacent secure food prep room. Core space before services (seating, dining, display hall prep) suitable for assembly up to 80, $100 hr., min 3 hrs. Add $10hr for adjacent secured office.
Edit Bay DaVinci Resolve
PC system with video accelerator card with Black Magic DaVinci Resolve editing including color grading and Fairlight audio, $90 3hr, $30 each added hr.

Insert Stage + Video Podcast
Streaming studio space with desk and multi camera options. Green screen wall for use as an insert stage 23ft deep x 15ft wide. Has glass wall to control room with new technology switcher for live streaming and recorded projects. Editing and color correction Davinci Resolve system. Studio suitable for video podcasts, insert green screen set, live cast with control room. Affordable rates quoted.

Classroom
Classrooms seating 14 and up are available with high speed Internet, projection and desks furnished for short term or contract periods, and quoted.
Medical Lab (set)
Medical lab setting with optional U-shapped meeting table array and projection. Includes two lab, body simulators. $500 8hr day, $45 ea added hr to 6pm closing. Extended pm hours $60hr.
